Relaxing Cinnamon, Bay Leaf and Chamomile Infusion for Stress and Insomnia

This infusion combines three powerful ingredients:

Ingredients Needed
- 2 cinnamon sticks.
- 4 bay leaves.
- A handful of chamomile leaves.
- 1/2 liter of water.
- Bee honey to taste (optional).
Preparation Mode
- Prepare the ingredients :
In a saucepan, place 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 bay leaves, and a handful of chamomile leaves. - Add water :
Pour half a liter of water into the saucepan with the ingredients. - Cook the mixture :
Bring it to the stove and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. This allows the ingredients to release their properties into the water. - Strain and serve :
Once ready, pass the mixture through a sieve and serve it in a cup. - Sweeten (optional):
If you prefer a sweet touch, add a tablespoon of honey to taste.
