What is hip wear?

The hip joint is protected by cartilage, which acts as a shock absorber.

This is hip osteoarthritis (coxarthrosis).

Why does pain occur?

Main causes:

Genetics
Overweight
Physical stress and sports
Repetitive movements
Past injuries
Symptoms that cannot be ignored
Morning stiffness
Pain when walking or sitting
Difficulty putting on shoes

Later:

Cracking or rubbing in the joint
Pain shooting into the groin, thigh or knee
Night pain
Balance problems
