Tomatoes and tomato juice contain lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that strengthens the walls of blood vessels and improves blood fluidity. It is no coincidence that in countries where a lot of tomatoes are consumed, cardiovascular diseases are less common.

Nuts and seeds
Almonds, walnuts, flaxseed and chia seeds are a treasure trove of magnesium and omega-3s. It is these elements that are considered key to the health of blood and blood vessels. For example, I add flaxseed to porridge or yogurt — simple and healthy.

Citrus fruits
Oranges, lemons, grapefruits are saturated with vitamin C, which strengthens the walls of blood vessels and helps reduce blood viscosity.
